From subtle adjustments to complete design changes, every detail can be tailored to your vision. A CAD of the final design is provided for your approval before we move forward.
Choosing the Construction
We help you select the construction that best complements the design, desired texture, level of detail, and overall project direction. From hand-tufted and handloom to handwoven and Indo-Tibetan, each option offers its own character, feel, and value.
Selecting the Material

Based on the chosen construction, design, texture, and intended use, we guide you toward carefully sourced, premium-quality fibers—from natural wool to refined silk-like materials and considered blends. You decide the character you want; we help you find the material that brings it to life, with beauty, comfort, performance, and lasting character in mind.

Design Approval
Before your carpet moves forward, every chosen detail is brought together for your review. From the design and colors to size, materials, construction, and finishing, you have the final say. Once everything feels right, your approved specifications become the blueprint for creation.
Sampling
Once every detail is finalized, a sample is created for your approval before the full carpet is manufactured. You can review the material, color, construction, texture, finishing, and overall appearance firsthand. Your approval gives the final direction for the carpet to be created exactly to the agreed specifications.
Carpet Production
With your approved specifications as the blueprint, your carpet moves into production. Every element—from construction and materials to color, dimensions, and finishing—is crafted according to what you have selected, bringing your vision into its final form.
Final Inspection
Before delivery, your carpet is carefully examined by our experts against the approved specifications. Any irregularity is identified and addressed before it leaves our hands. If the carpet does not meet the approved standard, it is rejected and manufactured again before being delivered to you.
Delivery
Once approved, your finished carpet is carefully prepared for its journey. It is securely wrapped and protected in premium-quality packaging, designed to preserve its condition and presentation until it reaches you. Your bespoke piece is then dispatched to its destination, ready for its new space.
